What do you ask us most often?
By payment card directly in the reservation system.
You will find the keys in a lockbox. After payment, 12 hours before your reservation begins, we will send you instructions on how to open the box.
Basic reservation is for 2 person.
If you plan to bring another person, you can order an additional service directly at your booking process .
The surcharge is CZK 500 for one additional person, or CZK 1,000 for two additional persons.
We don't offer parking, but we'd be happy to give you some advice 🙂
Yes! You can add the following to your stay: Romantic surprise – Prosecco, chocolate, and rose petals ready for you upon arrival at the apartment. More photos can be found in gallery (here). You can purchase the package directly at your booking process.
We also offer vouchers for 1 - 5 hours a stay at any Lovers' Retreat. Voucher can be bought directly on our website in the section Gift Vouchers.
By prior arrangement, the apartments may be used for photography or filming at a special rate. However, their use for other commercial purposes or any other income-generating activity is not permitted without prior consent.
Please adhere to the times specified in your reservation. Our team works according to a strict schedule, so early arrivals and late departures are not possible.
Departure delay of up to 15 minutes
We charge a delay of up to 15 minutes as + 300 CZK (1 hour according to the price list).
Departure delayed by more than 15 minutes
Delay of more than 15 minutes -> CZK 1,000 fee.
The reason is to ensure smooth preparation for the next guests.
Since discretion is our top priority at Michalovy azyly, we place great importance on the protection of personal data. Our operator, Secret Place One s.r.o. (Company ID No. 19384092), acts as the personal data controller; this role is justified either by the performance of a contract (so we know where to send you instructions) or by legitimate interest (such as user behavior on our website).

When you make reservation
If you make a reservation with us, we use your email address or phone number solely to send instructions and information regarding the reservation. The data is deleted after one month.
What are your rights?
Right of access
You have the right to know what personal data we process, for what purpose, where we obtain it, how long we retain it, and who assists us in processing it. Right to repair
If we are processing your data that is no longer valid, please write to us at michalovyazyly@gmail.com, we’ll be happy to change them.
Right to erasure
We may delete your data if:
- we process personal data based on your consent, which you withdraw,
- you raise a legitimate objection to the processing,
- we no longer need the data for the purposes for which we obtained it,
- you believe that the processing of personal data carried out by us is not in compliance with applicable legal regulations.
Please note that exercising this right does not require us to delete all personal data, but only the data to which this right applies.

Right to restriction of processing
If you wish to suspend the processing of your personal data, you may do so if:
- we verify the accuracy of your personal data,
- we already hold your personal data, but the reason for processing has ceased to exist, yet you wish for us to continue processing the data (for example, to facilitate a future booking),
- you believe that our processing of personal data is not in accordance with applicable legal regulations,
- you object to the processing of personal data. We are obliged to limit the processing during the examination of the validity of the objection.

Right to portability

Right to object to the processing of personal data
We may process certain data based on a legitimate interest. You may object to such processing. We will review your objection. Unless we have compelling grounds for continued processing, we will cease processing your personal data.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of personal data carried out by us is not in accordance with applicable legislation, you may lodge a complaint to The Office for Personal Data Protection.
